CRIME PREVENTION TIPS
In 2017 Neighbourhood Watch Australasia gave us community funding to progress our WatchOut! project. WatchOut! is your ‘one-stop-shop’ for crime prevention information on the internet. It has an A-to-Z index to help you navigate your way through all the useful links. Have a look at www.WatchOut.org.au here. Our volunteers at community events found that again and again residents were asking for the same information, and when told, they didn’t know it existed, or where to find it. From these discussions WatchOut! emerged.
There’s tons of useful crime prevention advice on the internet. The best comes from the NSW Police and we’ll point you to their website every time: www.police.nsw.gov.au/safety_and_prevention.
